We’ll happily take back any unworn item within 30 days of purchase with the original invoice and method of payment. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable.
+ - Are they really Genuine Leather?
We use 100% Genuine Bull Leather with a custom pattern embossed. We also emboss our logo with gold foil.
+ - What is your Warranty Terms?
Our products are under 2 years warranty.
- Only houseworn shoes will be refunded fully or exchanged.
- Used products are only considered for exchange when there is a production issue that caused damage after usage.
- If used products are deformed by a customer mistake or misuse; products won’t be exchanged but a discount might be offered at the time of the event.
Handmade products are harder to repair when they are damaged. We will provide a full service of cleaning and repairs under the warranty when possible for the first 2 years.
+ - which size should I prefer?
Our shoes fits true to size. Go up the nearest whole size if you take half size.
Please look at our US/ CANADA shoe size conversion by moving the arrow on top of the European sizes.
+ - How do I return or exchange my order?

Returns made by courier are subject to a $10 fee per item, which will be deducted from your refund.

After receiving the product; in 30 days you can exchange without any charge but shipping rates may apply.

You absolutely can, it takes minimum 2 weeks to complete a custom order as our shoes are handcrafted to perfection each and every time!
